Sandy Pines Golf Club

My husband and I got married at Sandy pines on September 2, 2022. This was the only venue we toured. It was beautiful! Julee is what really sold us though. Her compassion she had made this one of the easiest decisions we had to make. Very spacious, excellent food, and bar packages! We had a Friday wedding and stayed Thursday and Friday night in the cottages. It made it so much more easy. Wedding day Julee and her staff made it a dream come true. We had nothing to worry about. Everyone gave us compliments how much they loved our wedding and everything about it. If you don’t have guests show up they do box the food for you to take home which is nice! I would get married here over and over again! It was such a beautiful day!

We had our wedding here in October 2022. This was the first and only venue we looked at. Everything about it was perfect. I was looking for a place that included everything, and this place had it all. We booked in June 2020 and it was a bonus to find out they later built the cabins for people to stay in the night of the wedding. The wedding day went so smooth. Julee was great to work with along with all of her staff. We literally had the best experience and best day ever, it’s been 9 months and I still day dream about it almost every day. It could not have been more perfect. I am so glad we picked this venue.

From Texas, I met my cousin from Chicago to play here. Both our first times and we’re already wanting to play it again. The course was stunning. Nicest public course I’ve ever played on, and rivals the private courses I’ve been lucky enough to play. For the price, experience, friendliness of staff, restaurant, cleanliness, you can’t beat it. What a great time! Although it’s not a terribly long course, it has a great layout and you have to play strategically which is great fun.

I had the pleasure of making Sandy Pines my weekly Sunday golf course for the past several weeks during the Illinois tighter COVID restrictions on golf. I can say I couldn't be happier, it happened. The facility is top notch and very well taken care of. The course is very challenging, in great shape and very sporty, no matter the conditions. Well worth a 1 hour drive. Brad and staff should be very proud. Thank you for everything!!!

We had our wedding here, and everything was absolutely perfect. Julee, the event coordinator, was professional, communicative, kind, and reliable. If you have issues finding a vendor, she will have five names for you in an instant! The venue itself was stunning. All of my guests raved about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The guests also had high praise for the food, which is the best food any of us have ever had at a wedding! Every member of staff was amazing, from the bartenders to the serving staff to the event coordinators. Thank you a million times for making my wedding the perfect day!
